2nd T-Cell Engager for Autoimmune Disease Summit to Deliver 3 Days of Expert-Led Content to Advance Autoimmune TCE Strategy
Following rapid progress in the autoimmune T-cell engager field, the 2nd T-Cell Engager for Autoimmune Disease Summit will return to bring together more than 80+ discovery, translational, preclinical, and clinical leaders for three days of focused discussion, practical learning, and strategic insight.
As autoimmune T-cell engagers continue to move closer to clinical application, developers are facing increasingly complex challenges across molecule engineering, predictive modeling, target discovery, safety, biomarkers, tissue penetration, and clinical translation. This summit has been designed to support teams working to move autoimmune TCEs from early concept through to clinical execution with greater confidence.
Across the full three-day program, attendees will gain end-to-end insight into the development challenges shaping the future of autoimmune TCEs, with content spanning practical workshop discussion, construct engineering, targeted cell depletion, CRS minimisation, predictive models, toxicity management, dosing optimisation, and clinical trial strategy.
The event will begin with a dedicated Workshop Day, focused on “Building Predictive Development Strategies for Autoimmune T-Cell Engagers, From Ex Vivo Models to Clinical Trial Execution, for Optimised Patient Outcome.” This hands-on session will provide practical guidance to help attendees tackle key barriers impacting autoimmune TCE development and strengthen translational decision-making.
Day 1 will explore how developers can engineer more differentiated TCE constructs, improve targeted immune-cell depletion, minimize CRS, identify new targets, and support more durable therapeutic outcomes. Day 2 will then shift the focus closer to the clinic, examining efficacy, safety, predictive models, biomarkers, toxicity management, and dosing optimisation.
